PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jane Malley (ranked 6915 p4p, 3279 weight class) and Son Goku (ranked 622 p4p, 361 weight class). Goku has chosen Makafushigi Adventure as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Goku accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Goku looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Malley with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Malley looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Malley backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Goku's temple! It sends Goku violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Malley celebrates and the doctors try to help Goku!

During a confident post fight interview, Jane Malley thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
Son Goku spoke after the fight, saying 'I can't believe it, I thought I had trained very hard in the other world, but I was wrong. I didn't think there was anyone who had the same strength as me.'.
