Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Bullet (ranked 1961 p4p, 24189 weight class) and Heavy Pinto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jack Bullet is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 20 - 10 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jack Bullet!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Heavy Pinto!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bullet moves into range and clinches up with Pinto.

Bullet turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Bullet manages to end up in side control.
Pinto is trying to improve his position.
Bullet moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
Bullet has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Pinto is looking for a sweep.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Pinto manages to work his way to half guard, despite Bullet's best efforts.
Bullet slows the pace down in half guard.
Pinto trying to control but Bullet postures up.

Pinto looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Bullet content to control rather than advance.
Bullet's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Pinto pushes Bullet off looking to stand but Bullet dives back in and keeps control.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
Pinto tries to clinch but Bullet moves away

and Bullet counters with a crisp one two that drops Pinto! Bullet thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Pinto to his feet! Pinto is in big trouble!

Bullet is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Pinto's half guard.

Bullet is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Pinto sees it coming and defends easily.
Bullet is taking a breather. Pinto says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Pinto is looking for a sweep. Bullet is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Pinto holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Pinto wants to improve his position but Bullet is controlling well.
Bullet controlling the pace.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Pinto is refusing to be controlled, as Bullet sits in half guard.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Pinto misses with a straight left.
Pinto misses with a hook
enabling Bullet to counter with a crisp jab.
No luck for Pinto with that takedown attempt.

Nice body kick there by Bullet.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Pinto is defended easily by Bullet.

Bullet moves into the clinch.

Bullet jumps guard.
Pinto postures up.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Pinto pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Bullet is keeping the position for now.
Pinto wants to stand but Bullet is controlling his posture from full guard.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Jack Bullet dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.

Pinto doesn't succeed with the takedown

and Bullet holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Bullet's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Pinto shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Bullet but Bullet pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Bullet closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Bullet lands in his opponent's guard.
We've been hearing good reports from Bullet's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
Bullet is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Pinto can do to turn this around?
Pinto striking off his back but it's not causing Bullet any problems.

Pinto tries to break free but Bullet pushes him back against the cage.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Bullet.
Bullet just leaning against Pinto, taking a breather.

Bullet lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Bullet is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Pinto misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Pinto on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Bullet prevents Pinto from standing back up.
Pinto tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.

Pinto is looking to improve his position.
Bullet performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Pinto avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Bullet.
Pinto blocking the ground and pound attempt from Bullet.
Bullet is taking a breather. Pinto says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

Bullet looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bullet is trying to control the action in half guard but Pinto is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Bullet sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Pinto defending well though.
Jack Bullet overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Pinto tries to kick Bullet off but Bullet keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

Bullet seems to be looking for submissions.
Bullet trying to mount his opponent but Pinto defends it.
Bullet throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Pinto scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Bullet manages to mount him!
Bullet can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Pinto is looking to escape.
Bullet content just to control the position here.
Pinto tries to reverse the position but Bullet maintains control.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Jack Bullet dominated that second round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.


Bullet closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Pinto did well to prevent Bullet getting side control.
Pinto scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Bullet manages to mount him!
Bullet connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Bullet takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Bullet lands a nice shot to the head.
Bullet avoids the attempt from Pinto to control.
Bullet landing strikes from the mount.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Bullet looking to control but Pinto is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Pinto avoids a series of strikes thrown by Bullet.
Bullet unloading with bombs!

Bullet swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Pinto is now in Bullet's guard. A big mistake from Bullet there, giving up the dominant position!

Pinto stands and steps away. Bullet gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Bullet is really turning it up, unleashing another crisp combination which drops Pinto like a ton of bricks! The referee dives in to stop the fight, saving Pinto from another fist facial!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:06 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jack Bullet!
