The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cotto misses with an uppercut. Malloy saw that one coming.
Steven Malloy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cotto slips a straight right by Malloy.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Cotto looks to throw the jab but Malloy is out of range.
Cotto tries to move into range but Malloy moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

It looks like Hector Cotto has been cut.
Cotto moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Cotto is rocked!
Cotto tries to get into range but Malloy steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Cotto! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Malloy scores the big KO victory!
