Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 28 - 27 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Fanta Coco!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, James Mckean!
The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Alexandre Firmino and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coco moves into range and clinches up with Mckean.
Coco connects with a knee to the head.
Mckean drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Coco lands with a short shot to the head.
Coco is working Mckean over against the cage.
Mckean tries to score a body lock takedown but Coco shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Coco utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body.
Nice body punch from Coco - that landed with a thud.

Coco throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.

Mckean takes a knee right on the jaw!
Mckean is rocked!
Coco breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Mckean is still on wobbly legs! Can Coco finish him?
Mckean takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Coco lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Mckean drops his hands momentarily. Coco doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Mckean staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Mckean doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Fanta Coco!
Fanta Coco decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
