Boco shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Boco takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Boco takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Watson darts in and clinches Boco up against the cage.
Boco with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Watson stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Boco is breathing heavily.

Watson dips a shoulder and cracks Boco with a mighty uppercut! Boco falls back against the cage and Watson unloads with a barrage of strikes! Boco is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Watson screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). DreQuan Watson!
After winning the bout, DreQuan Watson thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
