And in the blue corner, fighting out of Los Angeles, with a TWGC record of 10 wins and 12 losses; Roman Boesku!
The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Dean Styles and Anthony Taglia.


The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Boesku shoots in but no luck this time.

Morrison shoots in and bounces Boesku off the ropes to secure the takedown into guard.

Morrison stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Boesku swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Morrison will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Boesku is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Morrison is aware though and is defending well.

Boesku had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Morrison defends it easily.

Morrison is pressing down on Boesku's thigh, looking to free his foot. Boesku is holding on for now.
Boesku wants to improve his position but Morrison is controlling well.

Morrison really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Morrison is looking to take a break and control but Boesku is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Morrison is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Boesku sees it coming and defends easily.

Morrison seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Boesku does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Boesku is looking to control Morrison's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Boesku avoid being mounted?

Boesku felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
Boesku is looking for a sweep. Morrison is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Boesku has a hand on Morrison's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Morrison takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!

Boesku tries to hold on but Morrison pushes him away.
Morrison trying to control but Boesku is having none of it.
Boesku is wriggling around trying to escape.
Morrison moves to the back.

Morrison doesn't have the hooks in and Boesku manages to turn into his guard.

Boesku controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Morrison is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Morrison has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Boesku defend it? Morrison steps over the head and cranks it - Boesku is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Morrison!
