The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Trevor Gratis and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Abner throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Bautista has taken the fight to the clinch.
Abner has had enough of the clinch but Bautista keeps him there for the moment.
Abner doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Bautista fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
A frustrated look appears on Abner's face as he tries to break the clinch.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Bautista creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
It looks like Uncle Abner has been cut.

I was talking to Abner's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Bautista lands with a short shot to the head.
A nice right hand lands inside from Bautista.
Bautista drops Abner onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Abner is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
Abner is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Bautista creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Abner with a big uppercut! Abner tries to clinch up but Bautista pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Abner to the mat! Abner covers up and Bautista unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Drax Bautista!
Drax Bautista bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
