Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Reggie Booker (ranked 4376 p4p, 6672 weight class) and Heinrich Von Slackenfuchs (ranked 542 p4p, 726 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Reggie Booker! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Heinrich Von Slackenfuchs! The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Eddie Farnsworth and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Von Slackenfuchs ducks under a wild hook from Booker. Von Slackenfuchs looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Von Slackenfuchs decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Von Slackenfuchs tries to pass to full mount but Booker defends it. Booker is trying to get back to full guard. Booker controlling the position well. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Booker is trying to maintain the position but Von Slackenfuchs is very close to passing his half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Booker makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Booker. Booker is pulling down on Von Slackenfuchs's head to control his posture.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Reggie Booker is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Von Slackenfuchs shoots in and gets a takedown into Booker's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Booker tries to land a sweep but no joy. Von Slackenfuchs trying to control but Booker is working from the bottom. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Booker tries to get out of the position. Booker wants to improve his position but Von Slackenfuchs is controlling well.
Well, if Von Slackenfuchs is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Von Slackenfuchs darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Von Slackenfuchs wants to lay and pray for a moment but Booker keeps working. Von Slackenfuchs is controlling the pace.
Booker is looking to escape. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Heinrich Von Slackenfuchs dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. Von Slackenfuchs ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Booker connects with the punch. Booker avoids the body shot from Von Slackenfuchs.
Booker misses with a hook. Von Slackenfuchs ducked under it nicely. Von Slackenfuchs is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Booker with a body shot. Von Slackenfuchs shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Booker as he avoids it easily. Von Slackenfuchs circles away from the clinch attempt.
Booker lands a jab to the head.
Booker swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Von Slackenfuchs drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Booker is looking to stand back up but Von Slackenfuchs counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Booker. Booker is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.
That's one minute gone in the round. Booker has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Von Slackenfuchs wants to lay and pray for a moment but Booker keeps working. Booker is controlling Von Slackenfuchs's position as best he can from this difficult position. Von Slackenfuchs perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Booker is trying to stand.
Heinrich Von Slackenfuchs has got the better of the ground game so far. Booker is refusing to be controlled, as Von Slackenfuchs sits in half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Von Slackenfuchs controlling the action here.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Booker is pushing Von Slackenfuchs's head away, looking to escape. Von Slackenfuchs manages to hold on to the position though. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Booker is looking for a sweep. Booker is not content to let Von Slackenfuchs control the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Von Slackenfuchs taking a breather here.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Von Slackenfuchs misses with a takedown attempt and Booker counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. A big left from Booker misses. Booker gets caught napping as Von Slackenfuchs dives in and scores a takedown. Booker manages to retain guard. Von Slackenfuchs must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Booker looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Von Slackenfuchs slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Reggie Booker will probably get the nod. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round! A shot to the liver by Von Slackenfuchs. Beautiful body shot. Booker lands a jab to the head.
Booker throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Nice defenses there by Von Slackenfuchs. Von Slackenfuchs is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Booker's half guard. Von Slackenfuchs seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Booker does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Von Slackenfuchs takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Booker wants to improve his position but Von Slackenfuchs is controlling well.

Von Slackenfuchs is trying to control. Booker wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Booker wants to get back to full guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Booker misses with a two punch combination.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Booker can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Von Slackenfuchs controls the pace. Von Slackenfuchs wants to control from the top but Booker keeps moving. Von Slackenfuchs might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Booker haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Von Slackenfuchs is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
And that's the end of the fight! Heinrich Von Slackenfuchs comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Von Slackenfuchs has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
