Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jobber Joe (ranked 4532 p4p, 4744 weight class) and Kribbson Thunder (ranked 206 p4p, 384 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jobber Joe! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Kribbson Thunder! The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Michael Johnstone and Winston Alpacca.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Thunder has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Joe finds it's way round the side to connect with Thunder's head. Some wild striking there from Joe.
Thunder is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Joe's half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Thunder working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Thunder wants to control but Joe is keeping him busy. Joe tries to roll over but Thunder keeps him under control. Thunder sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Joe defending well though. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Thunder not doing much here.
Thunder is just content to waste time from the top position. Joe takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Thunder trying to control the position from guard on top but Joe is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Thunder won't allow Joe to sweep him here. Thunder wants to control from the top but Joe keeps moving. Thunder throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Thunder has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Thunder slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Joe pulls Thunder in to control the position. Thunder preventing the sweep.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Thunder drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Joe knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Thunder on the ground. Thunder trying to control the action but Joe is working from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Joe is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Thunder throwing shots but missing, from side control. Thunder wants to control but Joe is keeping him busy. Thunder works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Joe is looking for a sweep. Thunder is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Thunder trying to control the action but Joe is working from the bottom. Thunder throws a strike aimed at the side of Joe's head but Joe avoids it well. Joe is trying to get back to half guard. Thunder trying to control the action but Joe is working from the bottom. Thunder working the body and head with strikes. Joe is looking to regain half guard here but Thunder keeps moving and retains side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Thunder is looking to take a break and control but Joe is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Thunder in side control, throwing shots but Joe defends. Thunder lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Joe down.

God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Thunder wants to control but Joe is keeping him busy. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Kribbson Thunder dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. Thunder closes this distance looking for a takedown but Joe circles away. Thunder keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Thunder shoots in but no luck this time. Oooooh!!! Joe has knocked Thunder down with a huge combo! Joe steps away and waves a wobbly Thunder back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Thunder is rocked!
It looks like Kribbson Thunder has been cut. Joe cracks Thunder with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Thunder falls to his knees and Joe doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:21 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jobber Joe! Our winner, Jobber Joe, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
