Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nicole Salvacion!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hugo Loris!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Gwen Towbar and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Loris, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
It looked like Salvacion was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Salvacion drops his hands momentarily and Loris takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Salvacion fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Loris lets loose with a powerful body kick. Salvacion will feel that in the morning.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Salvacion.
Loris connects with a leg kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Loris thuds a left hand into Salvacion's body.
Loris lands with an uppercut that bounces Salvacion off the cage and back into range.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Loris dips to his left and cracks Salvacion with an uppercut!
Salvacion is rocked!
Hugo Loris seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Loris ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Salvacion's jaw. Salvacion's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Loris does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Hugo Loris!
Hugo Loris decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
