Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Eddie Dean (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stuart Bridgeman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Eddie Dean! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Stuart Bridgeman! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, James Atkins and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dean scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Dean is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Bridgeman is just riding it out for now. Dean eventually gives up the hold. Dean is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Dean is trying to work for a kimura but Bridgeman is defending well.
Bridgeman is not content to let Dean control the position. Dean is working for a kimura but Bridgeman is defending it quite comfortably.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bridgeman trying to control from the bottom.
Dean trying to control from Bridgeman's half guard. Bridgeman has other ideas though and has regained full guard. Bridgeman is adopting a defensive guard. Let's hope that Bridgeman has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bridgeman looking to control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Dean trying to control but Bridgeman is working from the bottom. Dean postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Bridgeman is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Dean, into his guard. Dean is breathing heavily. Dean has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Bridgeman can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Bridgeman showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bridgeman trying to control the position from guard on top but Dean is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Bridgeman's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Despite being in the dominant position, Stuart Bridgeman just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Dean shoots in but no luck this time. Dean scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Bridgeman is holding on to half guard well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bridgeman tries to roll over but Dean keeps him under control. Dean is keen to just control but Bridgeman is a slippery customer. Bridgeman keeping control of the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bridgeman is trying to control but can't.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Bridgeman is not content to let Dean control the position. Bridgeman is doing well to control the position and prevent Dean from advancing to side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Stuart Bridgeman will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action!
Dean shoots in for a takedown but Bridgeman shows good takedown defense. No luck for Bridgeman with that takedown attempt. Dean misses with a takedown attempt and Bridgeman counters with a takedown into side control. Bridgeman happy to just control the position for now.

Bridgeman is positioning himself well to prevent Dean advancing to mount. Dean is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Bridgeman is just riding it out for now. Dean eventually gives up the hold. Bridgeman is pressing down on Dean's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Bridgeman is adopting a defensive guard. Dean trying to control the position from guard on top but Bridgeman is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Bridgeman pulls Dean in close to prevent any damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dean sitting in guard here, content to control. Dean wants to pass the guard but Bridgeman is keeping the position. Dean looking to sit in guard and control but Bridgeman gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Dean working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Bridgeman doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Bridgeman manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Bridgeman trying to control but Dean is working from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Dean looking for a sweep. Not yet Dean, not yet. Dean is looking for a triangle but Bridgeman pushes his legs off easily.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Bridgeman looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Bridgeman stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dean swivels though and keeps the full guard. Bridgeman trying to control the position from guard on top but Dean is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Stuart Bridgeman showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Bridgeman closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Bridgeman lands in his opponent's guard. Dean not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Both fighters are breathing heavily. Dean throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Bridgeman escapes and throws Dean's legs to the side, diving into side control! Dean tries to bench press Bridgeman off him but Bridgeman keeps the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dean is trying to control Bridgeman's posture but Bridgeman avoids it. Bridgeman controls the position. Bridgeman wants to control but Dean is keeping him busy. A lull in the action here as Bridgeman stalls from top position. Dean is trying to control Bridgeman's posture but Bridgeman avoids it. Bridgeman staying calm. Stuart Bridgeman is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Bridgeman closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Bridgeman lands in his opponent's guard. Eddie Dean has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Bridgeman's corner is telling him to maintain position. Stuart Bridgeman has got the better of the ground game so far. Dean throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

Bridgeman must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Dean looking for a guillotine here but Bridgeman defends easily.
Dean had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Bridgeman is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Dean Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Bridgeman's back instead. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Dean working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet.
And that's the end of the fight! Stuart Bridgeman comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Bridgeman has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
