Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jon Nolan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jerome Steel!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Steve Montenegro and Anthony Taglia.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A shot to the body from Steel misses
and Nolan makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

Steel gets a clinch.
Nolan wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Steel has him pressed against the cage.
A head punch on the inside from Steel fails to land.
Steel lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Nolan backwards.
Steel presses Nolan against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Steel misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Steel struggles to land a body shot inside as Nolan controls his hands.
Steel tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Nolan is trying to break free.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Nolan takes a shot to the head.
Steel lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Nolan.
Steel lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Steel softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Nolan breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Steel wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Nolan on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Steel scores with a nice right hand.
Steel looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Steel backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Nolan's temple! It sends Nolan violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Steel celebrates and the doctors try to help Nolan!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Flying Knee). Jerome Steel!
After winning the bout, Jerome Steel thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
