The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Molloway has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Barnes thuds a left hand into Molloway's body.

Molloway is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Barnes is defending well for now.

Barnes slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Barnes postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Barnes has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Molloway to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Barnes is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Molloway pulls down on the head and he's put Barnes to sleep! This one is all over!

Hax Molloway tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
