Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Azor Ahai (ranked 376 p4p, 902 weight class) and Juha Niska (ranked 59 p4p, 127 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 16 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Azor Ahai! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 22 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Juha Niska! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Steven Brown and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ahai fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Ahai wants to slow Niska down by chopping away at his legs. A punch lands to the side of Niska 's head but he takes it in his stride. Niska is looking to clinch but Ahai is avoiding it.
Ahai swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Ahai lands an overhand right. Ahai listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Niska throws a jab when Ahai was well out of range. Niska just misses with a punch to the body.
Ahai fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Niska manages to avoid it. Ahai moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Niska is looking to land body kicks. Niska throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Niska looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Niska feints and as Ahai raises his hands in defense, Niska changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Ahai looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Niska trying to control the position from guard on top but Ahai is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's one minute gone in the round. Niska stopping the sweep attempt from Ahai. Ahai keeping moving, preventing Niska from controlling successfully. Niska not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Niska sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Ahai's guard. Ahai preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head. Niska seems to be working for a kimura but Ahai defends the submission attempt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Ahai is not content to let Niska control the position. Niska is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Ahai still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Ahai has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work! Niska is trying to get back to half guard. Ahai taking a breather here. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Niska wants to control but Ahai postures up. Niska is looking to reverse the position. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. You can see the frustration on Niska's face as Ahai controls the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Niska is looking for a sweep. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ahai stands up and beckons Niska to his feet. Niska lands with a straight right. Ahai didn't see that one coming. Ahai fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Niska on the side of the head. Niska looks to score with a jab to the body but Ahai is just out of range. Ahai lands a glancing blow to the side of Niska's head. Niska swings for the body but Ahai moves out of range.
Niska lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Niska takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Ahai lands a head kick!
It looks like Juha Niska has been cut. Ahai takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Azor Ahai dominated that round. The cut man is working on Juha Niska's cut. That's time! Back to the action! Niska throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Ahai throws a leg kick and Niska counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Ahai tests Niska's chin there with a solid looking shot. Azor Ahai is winning the standup battle so far. Ahai misses with a left hand and Niska counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Nice jab there from Ahai. Niska's coach down at IMMAC Training Facility™ ($50/week) was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Niska's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Niska looks to land a right hand but Ahai moved out of range. An attempted straight right counter from Ahai misses the target. Niska fails in his attempt to clinch. Crunch! Ahai slams his shin into Niska's torso. Niska takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Niska tries to land a body kick and Ahai counters with a good, hard body kick but Niska shrugs it off. Niska takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Ahai lands a big uppercut and Niska crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Niska looks OK. Ahai waves Niska back to his feet! Niska shoots and misses and Ahai counters with a nice right hand that sends Niska toppling to the canvas! Niska scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Ahai finish him?!
Niska is rocked! Ahai bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Niska is still on wobbly legs! Can Ahai finish him? Niska takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Niska is breathing heavily. Ahai waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Niska. Niska tries a quick counter leg kick but Ahai is wise to it. Niska seems to have recovered his senses. Ahai tries to move into range but Niska moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ahai drops Niska with a big left hand! Niska is injured, injured bad! Ahai jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:09 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Azor Ahai! During a confident post fight interview, Azor Ahai thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
