Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Tom Clay (ranked 25011 p4p, 25159 weight class) and Jesper Ii Knudsen (ranked 310 p4p, 296 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tom Clay!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Jesper Ii Knudsen!
The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clay stuffs the takedown.
Knudsen displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Clay.

Knudsen closes the distance and clinches.

Knudsen jumps guard and drags Clay to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Knudsen is on top in guard.

Knudsen is stalling in the full guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Knudsen throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Knudsen's corner is telling him to maintain position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Let's hope that Knudsen has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Clay looking to control but Knudsen passes into half guard.
Knudsen content to control rather than advance.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Clay is trying to stand back up but Knudsen is controlling him
Knudsen is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.

Knudsen is trying to work for a kimura but Clay is defending well.
Clay blocking the ground and pound attempt from Knudsen.

Clay avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Knudsen.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Clay wants to get back to full guard but Knudsen has passed into side control.

Knudsen tries for a kimura but Clay is defending well.

Knudsen is working to tighten his grip on Clay's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Clay has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Knudsen is really squeezing tight and eventually Clay passes out! Knudsen breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
