Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Abak Thwack! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Thurston Moneypenny! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, James Atkins and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Thwack loads up on a big right hand but Moneypenny slips the punch. Moneypenny is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Moneypenny misses with a takedown attempt and Thwack counters with a takedown into side control. Thwack is trying to land an Americana. Moneypenny stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Thwack swivels though and keeps the full guard. Thwack has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Moneypenny doesn't defend quickly enough and Thwack has managed to lock this one up! Can Moneypenny escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Thwack on a fantastic submission victory.
