The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jiujitsu guy stuffs the takedown attempt from Barros. Barros gets slowly back to his feet.

Barros bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Jiujitsu guy's guard.

Jiujitsu guy escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Barros gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Barros is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Jiujitsu guy has escaped the position, nice work there.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Barros is trying to get an arm triangle but Jiujitsu guy is defending well.

and Barros counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Barros passes Jiujitsu guy's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

Barros goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Jiujitsu guy has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Barros but great work by Jiujitsu guy.

Jiujitsu guy tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Jiujitsu guy has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Jiujitsu guy drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Barros manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Jiujitsu guy has Barros in his guard.

Barros drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Jiujitsu guy dives on top into guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Barros wants to sweep here but Jiujitsu guy controlling him for the moment.

Jiujitsu guy thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Jiujitsu guy passes Barros's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Barros's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. And we move into the final round!

Jiujitsu guy fails with the takedown

and Barros counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Jiujitsu guy's guard now.

Jiujitsu guy has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Barros can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Barros is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Jiujitsu guy looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Barros passes into half guard.

Jiujitsu guy is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Jiujitsu guy is defending against the submission attempts here by Barros.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Jiujitsu guy is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Barros pulls his head out easily.
Jiujitsu guy wants to get back to full guard but Barros has mounted him!

Barros is trying to take his opponent's back.
Jiujitsu guy tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Jiujitsu guy is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Barros goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Jiujitsu guy turns into him and now he's in Barros's guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Jiujitsu guy postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Barros is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Jiujitsu guy, into his guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Barros, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
