Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Khabib Nurmagomedov!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Frank Dennis and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Woo Woo fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Woo Woo doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Nurmagomedov counters with a stiff right hand.
Woo Woo shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Nurmagomedov counters with a nice body shot.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for James Woo Woo. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Nurmagomedov circles away from the clinch attempt
and Nurmagomedov counters with a nice uppercut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Woo Woo tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Nurmagomedov connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Woo Woo takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Nurmagomedov lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Nurmagomedov throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Woo Woo stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Nurmagomedov comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Woo Woo tries to clinch but Nurmagomedov is having none of it.

and Nurmagomedov counters with a straight right hand.
Nurmagomedov dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Woo Woo dives in for a single leg takedown but Nurmagomedov sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Nurmagomedov lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.

A short body shot lands from Nurmagomedov as the two fighters clinch.
Woo Woo is breathing heavily.

Nurmagomedov is pushing Woo Woo up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Nurmagomedov digs a right hand underneath Woo Woo's ribcage. Woo Woo let out a lung full of air as it connected.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Nurmagomedov takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Nurmagomedov slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Woo Woo showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Nurmagomedov.
As Nurmagomedov tries to get set, Woo Woo tries to push him back and clinch up but Nurmagomedov manages to avoid the attempt.
Woo Woo on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Woo Woo tries for a takedown but Nurmagomedov circles away easily
and Nurmagomedov counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Nurmagomedov feints a jab promting Woo Woo to slip. Nurmagomedov then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Woo Woo slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Nurmagomedov scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

A decent looking cross lands there for Nurmagomedov.
Khabib Nurmagomedov is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Nurmagomedov punishes Woo Woo's body with a nice straight punch.
Nurmagomedov lands with a nice body punch.
Nurmagomedov lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Woo Woo is rocked!
Woo Woo gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Nurmagomedov gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
