The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Frost. No joy for Tallis on that attempt.
Frost misses with a jab to the body
and Tallis counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Tallis is trying hard to land a takedown here. Frost sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Tallis enables Frost to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Tallis manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Frost gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Tallis to score an easy takedown into full guard.
