Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Khan Dharma (ranked 6982 p4p, 24642 weight class) and Junior Dillon (ranked 653 p4p, 664 weight class). Junior Dillon is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Khan Dharma!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 5 - 1, fighting out of London, Junior Dillon!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, James Ackerman and Colin Fotheringham.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dharma throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Dillon tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Dharma is in Dillon's guard.
Dharma slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Dharma thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Dillon is looking for a sweep.
Dharma cracks Dillon with an elbow. That is naaassty.
Dillon tries to bench press Dharma off him but Dharma keeps the position.
Dharma cracks Dillon with a big right hand but Dillon just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Dillon struggling a bit here.
Dharma wants to lay and pray for a moment but Dillon keeps working.

Dharma tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Dharma has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Dharma wants to control but Dillon is keeping him busy.

The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.

Dharma tries for a kimura but Dillon is defending well.
Dharma lands a nice forearm strike.

Dharma goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Dillon has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Dharma but great work by Dillon.
Dharma is trying to improve his position.

Dharma is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

Dharma has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Dillon trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Dharma has his foot on Dillon's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Dillon works his way back into a safe position though.

Dharma looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Dillon has picked Dharma up and slammed him! Dharma can't keep hold of the triangle and Dillon manages to pass to side control!
Dharma wants to control but Dillon postures up.
Dharma is not content to let Dillon control the position.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Dillon in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
Dharma is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Dillon off and has taken his back!

Dillon is trying to defend against the choke here but Dharma has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Dharma Tightens the hold and Dillon taps out furiously! Dharma displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
