The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones misses with a wild body shot.
Jones swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Miyagi Do throws a hook but Jones avoids it easily.
Miyagi Do moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Miyagi Do takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

It looks like Daniel Son Miyagi Do has been cut.
Miyagi Do will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Jones blocks a head kick by Miyagi Do.
Jones stuffs the takedown attempt from Miyagi Do. Miyagi Do gets slowly back to his feet.
A nice leg kick lands there from Miyagi Do.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Miyagi Do misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Jones fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Miyagi Do, pushing him back against the cage.

Jonah Jones decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
