Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tavon Shebu (ranked 3638 p4p, 5502 weight class) and OJ Da Killa (ranked 468 p4p, 600 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tavon Shebu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, OJ Da Killa!
The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Colin Fray and Roger Salmon.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shebu looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Da Killa!
Da Killa is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Shebu works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Da Killa takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Da Killa is trying to buck Shebu off.
Da Killa really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Shebu. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Da Killa taking punishment in the form of punches.
Shebu working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Da Killa takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Da Killa tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Shebu wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Da Killa on the wrong end of some ground and pound.
Da Killa is rocked!
Da Killa takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Da Killa is still in real trouble! Can Shebu finish him?

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Shebu scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Da Killa is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Shebu can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tavon Shebu!
