Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 9 - 1, fighting out of New York, YB Sol Brotha!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Buck Rogers!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Alyssa Summers and Dean Styles.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sol Brotha falls off balance throwing a combination
and Rogers counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Rogers throws a right hand that Sol Brotha ducks under and follows up with a left that Sol Brotha also avoids with ease.
Rogers throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Sol Brotha ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Rogers moves away.
The fighters circling - Sol Brotha throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Rogers doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Sol Brotha connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Sol Brotha fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Rogers is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Sol Brotha.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Rogers felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

Rogers takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
