The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leventis shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Leventis looking to score a takedown here. Moxley is defending well but Leventis drives through and ends up in Moxley's guard.

Leventis trying to control the position from guard on top but Moxley is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Moxley has his foot on Leventis's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Leventis works his way back into a safe position though.
Leventis throws a big elbow that misses.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Moxley has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Leventis got a little sloppy there for a moment and Moxley has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Leventis has managed to get both his arms back between Moxley's legs - danger averted.
Leventis throws a sloppy strike and Moxley has hooked up an armbar on the loose arm! He's turned and extended fully! Leventis is forced to tap! Great BJJ from Moxley!

Toxic Moxley decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
