Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jhonny Boy (ranked 2667 p4p, 5174 weight class) and Justin Sider (ranked 332 p4p, 562 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jhonny Boy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Justin Sider!
The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Michael Johnstone and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sider throws a half hearted mid kick.
Sider waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Boy.
Boy appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Sider drives through with a takedown into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Sider loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Sider wants to control from the top but Boy keeps moving.
Sider has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Sider frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Boy keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Sider throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Boy tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Sider is in Boy's guard.

Boy is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Sider is aware though and is defending well.
Sider slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Sider shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Boy is trying to defend but Sider finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Boy keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Sider has decided to stand back up but his arm is trapped. Whilst he's worrying about his arm, Boy works to full guard.
Boy wants to sweep but no luck.
Sider has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Boy bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Sider's guard.

Justin Sider showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Boy drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Sider manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Boy has Sider in his guard.
Boy throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Sider escapes and throws Boy's legs to the side, diving into side control!

Sider lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Boy is squirming around, avoiding Sider's attempts to control the action.

Sider might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Boy haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Sider is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
Boy throwing hammer fists to the chest of Sider. What's that going to do exactly?
Boy sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Sider in particular looking to stall.
Sider wants to take a breather but Boy is having none of it.

Boy had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Sider defends it easily.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Justin Sider comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Sider has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
