The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gilchrist looks to throw the jab but Hughes is out of range.
Gilchrist lands a nice shot to the body.
Hughes misses the body punch
and Gilchrist counters with a nice body shot.
Gilchrist scores with a nice right hand.
Gilchrist lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Hughes falls backwards - clearly groggy! Gilchrist dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
