Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Powder Power (ranked 4847 p4p, 6004 weight class) and George Ram (ranked 546 p4p, 617 weight class). Powder Power has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Powder Power! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, George Ram! The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Radbod Blank and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ram decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Power looking for submissions from an awkward position here. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Ram connects with a nice short shot to Power's temple. Ram takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ram is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Ram trying to control the pace. Power knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Ram on the ground. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Power is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Ram scores with a couple of nice shots. Power trying to control from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ram takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Ram decides to stand up. Power goes for a double leg but Ram avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Ram continues to drive forward. Ram wants to counter with a clinch but Power pushes him away. Ram tries for a takedown but Power manages to get underhooks.
Power has had enough of the clinch but Ram keeps him there for the moment. Ram pulls guard effortlessly. Ram wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Ram looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Power is defending well. Ram quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Power has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Ram celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). George Ram! Our winner, George Ram, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
