Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kris Martin (ranked 4623 p4p, 4595 weight class) and Albert Mendeleev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Martin comes to the cage accompanied by Nightmare. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martin lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Martin gets tackled into the cage by Mendeleev. Mendeleev maintains the clinch.
Martin wants to take the fight to the mat but Mendeleev manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Mendeleev turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Mendeleev manages to end up in side control.

Mendeleev has Martin pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Mendeleev pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Martin tumbling to the mat - Mendeleev dives into Martin's guard.
Martin has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Mendeleev is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.
