Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brew Jonly (ranked 2962 p4p, 4699 weight class) and David Kong (ranked 320 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Brew Jonly! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, David Kong! The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Hirohito Nitta and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kong looks for a takedown but Jonly sprawls well. Jonly was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Kong throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Jonly closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Jonly fails to pull guard.
Kong is trying to break the clinch but Jonly has him pressed against the cage. Kong fails to pull guard.
Jonly gets a trip takedown into half guard. Jonly perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Jonly really is a fat lump. Kong wants to get back to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jonly is thwarting Kong's attempts to control the position. Jonly trying to pass the guard but Kong defending well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jonly controlling the action here. Jonly has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. The referee is pacing around the two fighters, thinking about a standup.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Kong tries to keep at a distance but Jonly has taken the fight into the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Jonly escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Kong lands with a kick to the ribs.
Nice takedown defense from Jonly. No joy for Kong on that attempt. Brew Jonly has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of David Kong. A nice leg kick lands there from Kong. Kong buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Jonly fails with an attempt to clinch.
Jonly feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Jonly is breathing heavily. Kong is working an open guard so Jonly takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Jonly looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kong tries for a takedown but Jonly sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Jonly wants to clinch and Kong counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. No luck with that takedown attempt from Kong. Kong fails in his attempt to clinch. Kong darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Jonly is looking for a sweep. Kong is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Kong is looking to take a break and control but Jonly is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kong wants to get back to his feet.
Kong gets to his feet - back to striking we go! Kong tries to clinch but Jonly moves out of range. Jonly drops down looking for a counter takedown but Kong sprawls and moves away. Kong looks for a takedown but Jonly sprawls well. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Kong moves into the clinch successfully.
Jonly stalling in the clinch but Kong improves position. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Brew Jonly will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Kong lands a left and a right that send Jonly crashing to the mat, dazed. Kong thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
It looks like Brew Jonly has been cut. Kong shoots in but Jonly avoids the takedown attempt easily. Kong fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Jonly rushes Kong and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Jonly breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Jonly throws a head kick that misses and Kong counters with a huge uppercut, hook combination that drops Jonly! The ref has seen enough - he's dived in to stop the fight! Brutal strikes by Kong!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:35 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). David Kong!
