Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Third Eye (ranked 199 p4p, 234 weight class) and Kollaa River (ranked 20 p4p, 27 weight class). River has chosen For Heavy Metal we will die! as his entrance music. Kollaa River has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Third Eye's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

River decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Eye works his way to full guard. Good work.

River has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Eye can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
River is trying to get back to half guard.
River wants to control but Eye postures up.
River tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Eye wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
River manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

That was a close second round but I would say that Third Eye will probably get the nod.
