Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between The Reverend Jim Ignatowski (ranked 288 p4p, 1282 weight class) and Tempe Gorge (ranked 4 p4p, 36 weight class). Gorge comes into a darkened arena with his song building. For Heavy Metal we will die! kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gorge changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ignatowski tries to avoid it but Gorge manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ignatowski to the ground. Ignatowski escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Ignatowski has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Gorge uses from the top position.

Oh but Ignatowski is tightening it up a little... Gorge has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Gorge reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Gorge taps out! Nice BJJ there by Ignatowski!
