Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Harmon Reicht (ranked 4397 p4p, 4323 weight class) and David Kong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Harmon Reicht!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, David Kong!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Hirohito Nitta and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reicht shoots for a double leg takedown but Kong sprawls well. He's pushed Reicht's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Reicht fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Kong, pushing him back against the cage.
Kong blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Reicht tries for a takedown. No joy.
Kong's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Reicht throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Kong decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Reicht's guard.
Reicht is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Kong defends well.
Kong must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Reicht is trying to control the position but Kong postures up.

Kong really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Reicht. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Kong is looking to stand up but Reicht won't let him.
Kong stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Reicht swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Kong keeps trying to improve his position.
Reicht is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Reicht is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Kong is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Harmon Reicht!
