Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Rob Cervantes (ranked 4196 p4p, 5317 weight class) and Frank Dux (ranked 457 p4p, 535 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Rob Cervantes!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Frank Dux!
The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Peter Branson and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dux moves in looking to clinch but Cervantes pushes him off.
Dux throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Cervantes's waist but Cervantes gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Dux off to one side.
Dux shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Cervantes as he avoids it easily.
Dux changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Cervantes tries to avoid it but Dux manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Cervantes to the ground. Cervantes escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Rob Cervantes has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Frank Dux.

Cervantes gets to his feet and stands over Dux, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Dux felt that one! Cervantes unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Dux from any more punishment!
