Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Peleki Tuala (ranked 164 p4p, 105 weight class) and Oulu Laine (ranked 31 p4p, 18 weight class). Tuala kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Dock of Fiji. Laine is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Peti - Oulu Shangri-la. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Taro Takaoka and Hirohito Nitta.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tuala throws the left hand but Laine avoids the punch easily.
Laine ducks under a wild hook from Tuala.
Laine throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Tuala sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Laine misses with a left hand
and Tuala counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Tuala has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Dr Hatsumi's Clinic in the buildup to the fight.
Laine misses with a hook. Tuala ducked under it nicely.

Laine uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Oulu Laine dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.

Laine has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Laine throws a shot from downtown. Tuala moves away and avoids it.
No joy there for Laine, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Laine. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.

The fighters circling - Tuala throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Tuala has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Laine finds it's way round the side to connect with Tuala's head.
Tuala looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.

Laine cracks Tuala with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Tuala falls to his knees and Laine doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:13 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Oulu Laine!
Oulu Laine decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
