Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Necmettin Hoca (ranked 5691 p4p, 3837 weight class) and George Russell (ranked 555 p4p, 427 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Russell changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Hoca looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Russell is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Hoca is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Russell is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Hoca knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Russell is trying to get an arm triangle but Hoca is defending well.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Russell wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Hoca, who protects the arm well.

Russell has an Americana. Hoca didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Russell is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Russell hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

George Russell tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
