The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mars Jr misses with a straight right.
Santos feints the counter takedown.
A slow jab from Mars Jr misses its intended target.
Mars Jr cracks Santos with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Santos looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Mars Jr finish him?
It looks like Luis Santos has been cut.
Mars Jr scores with a body shot.
Mars Jr is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Santos.
Santos changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Mars Jr just misses with a punch to the body.
Santos is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
Mars Jr lands a really nice looking cross but Santos seems unphased.

Mars Jr throws an uppercut from hell that sends Santos clean off his feet! He's out cold! Mars Jr stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.
