Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jung Ilwoo (ranked 4044 p4p, 23681 weight class) and Parta Matti (ranked 445 p4p, 619 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Dillan Fox and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ilwoo forces Matti back against the cage and clinches.
Matti wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Matti is leaning against Ilwoo and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Matti lands a left hand.
Matti pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

letting Matti counter with a right hand.

Ilwoo throws a leg kick but Matti sees it coming and moves out of range.

Ilwoo tries to close the distance and clinch up but Matti swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Despite the aggression on Matti's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Ilwoo doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Matti misses with a looping left.
Ilwoo throws a body kick that misses.

and Matti counters with a low kick, right behind Ilwoo 's knee.
Matti throws a hook but Ilwoo avoids it easily.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Matti connects with a single shot there.
Matti looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Matti backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Ilwoo's temple! It sends Ilwoo violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Matti celebrates and the doctors try to help Ilwoo!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:14 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Flying Knee). Parta Matti!
Parta Matti decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
