The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Trejo slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Tenryu slips under a jab from Trejo.
Tenryu takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
A swing and a miss from Trejo.
Trejo throws a hook but Tenryu avoids it easily.
Tenryu takes one to the chin there.
Trejo has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Beasties in the buildup to the fight.
Trejo connects with a single shot there.
Trejo misses with an uppercut
and Tenryu counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Trejo digs a good body shot into Tenryu's ribs.
Tenryu takes a shot right to the bread basket.

Tenryu throws a sloppy head kick and Trejo moves out of range easily.
Trejo is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
A lazy left from Trejo finds it's target.
Tenryu shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Tenryu jabbing away but nothing is landing.
A quick step to the side and Trejo tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Trejo misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Tenryu cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Trejo throws a body punch but Tenryu moves out of range.
A countering left hand to the body from Tenryu misses.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Trejo lands a really nice looking cross but Tenryu seems unphased.
Trejo takes a swing at Tenryu's ribcage but misses.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Tenryu! But no joy.
Trejo scores with a jab to the jaw.
Tenryu jabs at Trejo's body.
Tenryu uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Trejo.
Trejo lands the left hand.
Trejo is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Trejo connects with a good right hand that stumbles Tenryu. Tenryu circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Trejo lands a big uppercut and Tenryu crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Tenryu looks OK. Trejo waves Tenryu back to his feet!

Tenryu is rocked!

Trejo ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Tenryu out cold! The fight is over!
