The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice uppercut there from Pallene.
Vorobyov takes a swing at Pallene's ribcage but misses.

Vorobyov drops Pallene with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Pallene looks back up at him and smiles so Vorobyov waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Pallene is rocked!

It looks like Alkyoneus Pallene has been cut.
Alkyoneus Pallene seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Pallene throws a lazy uppercut

and Vorobyov counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Pallene breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Vorobyov walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Pallene checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Pallene seems to have recovered his senses.
Pallene misses with an uppercut.
It looked like Vorobyov was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Pallene.
Pallene moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Pallene lands a nice looking body shot.

Vorobyov swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.

Pallene lands a big uppercut and Vorobyov crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Vorobyov looks OK. Pallene waves Vorobyov back to his feet!

Pallene throws a body shot but no joy.
Pallene drops Vorobyov with a naaaaasty hook - Vorobyov is in real trouble here! Pallene dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
