Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Anthony Lavicci (ranked 1958 p4p, 5811 weight class) and Silver Bullion (ranked 210 p4p, 547 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Silver Bullion was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Anthony Lavicci!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Silver Bullion!
The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bullion stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Bullion wants it to stay on the feet.
Bullion lands a nice hook to Lavicci's body. Lavicci takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Lavicci throws a front kick aimed at Bullion's knee but Bullion avoids it well.
Lavicci gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Bullion counters with a three punch combo that has Lavicci backing up. Lavicci nods at Bullion to acknowledge the strikes.
Lavicci takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Lavicci bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bullion is trying to improve his position.
Bullion looking for a sweep but Lavicci has passed into full mount! Oh no!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Bullion tries to reverse the position but Lavicci maintains control.
Lavicci takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Bullion really trying hard to get back to half guard here.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Lavicci manages to capitalize on a mistake by Bullion to take his back!
Bullion really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lavicci. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
Lavicci has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Lavicci has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Bullion is defending well but eventually Lavicci manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Bullion has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Anthony Lavicci!
