The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dawg works Baptist's body with a nice hook.
Dawg throws a right and a left that both miss.
The fighters circling - Dawg throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Baptist is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Dawg throws a jab but it's blocked by Baptist.
Dawg lands a jab to the head.
Baptist tries to move into range but Dawg moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Baptist is stalling here.
Dawg cracks Baptist with a nice body shot.
Dawg wants to break free but Baptist has control.

Dawg fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Baptist manages to avoid it.
Dawg ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
No joy there for Dawg, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Dawg looks to throw the jab but Baptist is out of range.
Dawg misses the shot to the body.
Baptist displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Dawg throws out the jab.
Baptist takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Dawg misses with a wild body shot.
Dawg throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Baptist takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Dawg throws an overhand right that drops Baptist like a sack of potatoes! Dawg dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bad Dawg!
Bad Dawg bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
