Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Farto Fuerte (ranked 3446 p4p, 5591 weight class) and Lee Kevin (ranked 387 p4p, 556 weight class). The key to victory for Farto Fuerte has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Farto Fuerte!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Lee Kevin!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Frank Dennis and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Kevin throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Lee Kevin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kevin tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Fuerte manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Kevin gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Fuerte wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Fuerte is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Fuerte escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kevin tries for a takedown but Fuerte circles away easily
enabling Fuerte to counter with a crisp jab.

Kevin pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Kevin throws a shot from downtown. Fuerte moves away and avoids it.
Kevin has closed the distance and engaged Fuerte in a clinch.
Fuerte gets underhooks to prevent Kevin's takedown attempt.
A short uppercut from Fuerte.
Fuerte pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Fuerte has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Canucks Combat Club in the buildup to the fight.
Kevin bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Fuerte is pushing Kevin's head away, looking to escape. Kevin manages to hold on to the position though.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Fuerte is trying to escape the position but Kevin is controlling the position.
Kevin prevents Fuerte from escaping the position.

Fuerte is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Kevin asserts his dominance and retains side control.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Fuerte slips a jab from Kevin.
Kevin shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Fuerte as he jumps to the side.
Farto Fuerte has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lee Kevin.
Kevin fails with the takedown.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Kevin doesn't manage to clinch there - Fuerte circles away.
A little feinted left hand from Fuerte on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Kevin throws a low kick, looking for Fuerte's leg but Fuerte calmly moves out of range.

Kevin fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Fuerte avoids it really well and circles away.

And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Lee Kevin will probably get the nod.
That's time! Fuerte's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Kevin rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Fuerte moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Farto Fuerte is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Kevin fails with an attempt to clinch.

Kevin shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Fuerte as he avoids it easily.
As Kevin looks to move away, Fuerte throws a big counter combo but Kevin just gets out of the way.

Fuerte circles away from the clinch attempt
and Fuerte rattles Kevin with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Kevin tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Fuerte dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Kevin stiff and motionless on the mat!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:19 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Farto Fuerte!
