Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Chavaski takes the fight into the clinch.

Chavaski shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Telheiras manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Chavaski tries to free his leg and advance position but Telheiras is retaining full guard.

Chavaski frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Chavaski avoids the attempt from Telheiras to control.
Telheiras is squirming around, avoiding Chavaski's attempts to control the action.
Telheiras wants to control but Chavaski is having none of it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Telheiras is wriggling around trying to escape.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Telheiras can do anything to dispel that myth.
Chavaski trying to control but Telheiras is having none of it.
Chavaski takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Chavaski can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Telheiras is looking to escape.

Chavaski is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Telheiras can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Telheiras really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Chavaski. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Chavaski is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Telheiras to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Telheiras shrugs it off.

We've been informed that Telheiras has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
Telheiras is in all sorts of trouble here.

Chavaski is working for a guillotine from mount but Telheiras frees his head quite easily.

Chavaski with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Telheiras tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Chavaski trying to control but Telheiras is having none of it.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Telheiras closes this distance looking for a takedown but Chavaski circles away.
A telegraphed right hand from Chavaski misses the target.
Chavaski stuffs the takedown attempt from Telheiras. Telheiras gets slowly back to his feet.
Chavaski tries to close the distance and clinch up but Telheiras swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Chavaski wants to clinch up but Telheiras keeps it at a distance.

and Telheiras decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Chavaski's guard.

Telheiras is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Chavaski has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Telheiras is looking to defend but Chavaski has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Telheiras! Chavaski pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Telheiras taps out and this one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:22 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Remi Chavaski!
