Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mark Lesnar (ranked 1637 p4p, 1701 weight class) and Chuck Bomba (ranked 69 p4p, 36 weight class). Bomba is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Guns Are Drawn. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 29 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mark Lesnar!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Chuck Bomba!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Alyssa Summers and Anthony Taglia.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bomba buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Bomba with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Bomba throws a leg kick that misses.
Lesnar changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Bomba fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Bomba takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Lesnar dodges the punch combination from Bomba.
Lesnar pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bomba lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Lesnar slips under a jab.
Lesnar wants to clinch but Bomba slips to the side
and Bomba counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.

Bomba has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Lesnar takes a swing at Bomba's ribcage but misses.

Lesnar has been working on his boxing with his coaches at whitey's gym in the buildup to the fight.
Lesnar takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

It looks like Mark Lesnar has been cut.
Bomba lands with an overhand left.
Bomba feints and then cracks Lesnar's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Lesnar down.
Lesnar tries to clinch but Bomba is having none of it.
Bomba throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Lesnar sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Lesnar scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.

Lesnar bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Lesnar drops down looking for a counter takedown but Bomba sprawls and moves away.
Lesnar jabs Bomba right on the nose. Bomba blinks but takes it well.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Bomba lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Bomba looks to land a left hand but Lesnar moved out of range nicely.
Bomba fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Lesnar manages to avoid it.
Chuck Bomba seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lesnar takes a kick to the side of the head.
Bomba uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Lesnar is defended easily by Bomba.
Bomba doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Lesnar shoots in and bounces Bomba off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Bomba holds on and takes a little breather.
Bomba is trying to keep Lesnar in close.

Lesnar tries to free his leg and advance position but Bomba is retaining full guard.
Lesnar wants to control from the top but Bomba keeps moving.

Lesnar is working Bomba over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Bomba is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Bomba really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lesnar. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Lesnar advances to half guard.
Lesnar is looking to take a break and control but Bomba is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Lesnar takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Lesnar is stalling here. Bomba is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Lesnar seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Bomba has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Bomba wants to lay and pray for a moment but Lesnar keeps working.
Lesnar is trying to control Bomba's posture but Bomba avoids it.
Bomba remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Bomba lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Lesnar or not.
Bomba lands with a short shot to the head.
Lesnar is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Bomba gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Lesnar's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

Bomba lands a hook that snaps the head of Lesnar backwards.
Bomba doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Bomba's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Bomba has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Bomba scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Bomba connects with a good right hand that stumbles Lesnar. Lesnar circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Chuck Bomba comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Bomba has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
