Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Leonardo Pesce (ranked 4619 p4p, 5016 weight class) and Uga Buga (ranked 0 p4p, 503 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, George Francis and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pesce gets off balance looking for a body kick
and Buga counters with a nice uppercut.
It looks like Leonardo Pesce has been cut.
Buga shoots in for a takedown but Pesce shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Pesce throws a big shot that misses.
Buga shoots in but no luck this time.

Buga tries to close the distance and clinch up but Pesce swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Buga dives in for a single leg takedown but Pesce sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Buga bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Pesce fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Buga avoids it really well and circles away.
Buga changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Pesce tries to avoid it but Buga manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Pesce to the ground. Pesce escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Buga shoots in looking for a takedown. Pesce tries to sprawl out of it but Buga keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Pesce manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
A little feinted left hand from Pesce on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
