PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Werner Heisenberg (ranked 2966 p4p, 4872 weight class) and Dale Doback (ranked 373 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Werner Heisenberg has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Werner Heisenberg seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Doback lands the left hand.
Doback swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Heisenberg.
Doback is looking to clinch.
A punch lands to the side of Heisenberg 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Doback defending well as Heisenberg loads up on a big left hand.
Doback throws a body shot but no joy.
As Doback looks to move away, Heisenberg throws a big counter combo but Doback just gets out of the way.
Doback scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.

Doback displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Heisenberg throws out the jab.
It seemed like Doback was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Doback clobbers Heisenberg with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Doback drops Heisenberg with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Heisenberg looks back up at him and smiles so Doback waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Heisenberg is rocked!
Doback's coach down at SMASH Training was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Doback's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Heisenberg is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Doback doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Heisenberg crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Heisenberg's bad books for that mishap!
