Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Helen Salvacion (ranked 24910 p4p, 7090 weight class) and Affectionately Eve (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 5 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Helen Salvacion! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 6 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Affectionately Eve! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Stewart Dunkirk and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Eve shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Salvacion as he jumps to the side. Salvacion misses with a body kick. Eve is trying to counter with his kicks. Salvacion defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Eve. Salvacion shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Eve but Eve pushes him off and we're back to square one. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Eve drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Eve has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Salvacion crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Eve - the referee stops the clock and Salvacion gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Eve. Salvacion manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Eve lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Salvacion dives in and grabs Eve's left leg, looking for a takedown. Eve pushes down on Salvacion's head and hops out. Eve thinks about the counter body kick. Salvacion throws a body kick, spinning off balance and Eve counters with a nice leg kick. Salvacion gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Eve to score an easy takedown into full guard. Eve is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Eve wants to stand but Salvacion has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Salvacion keeping full guard, as Eve tries to pass. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Salvacion is trying to keep Eve in close.
Salvacion controlling Eve's posture. Eve preventing the sweep. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Eve trying to stand up but can't free himself from Salvacion's guard. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Affectionately Eve dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action! Salvacion tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Eve defends well and Salvacion ends up having to push Eve into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Eve breaks from the clinch.
Eve tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Salvacion swivels and escapes. Salvacion tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Eve swivels and escapes. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Salvacion shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Eve sprawls well. Eve wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Salvacion gets slowly back to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Helen Salvacion. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Salvacion gets caught flat footed, as Eve shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Eve has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Eve stopping the sweep attempt from Salvacion. Salvacion looking to control.
Eve is looking to stand up but Salvacion won't let him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Salvacion trying to keep a closed guard but Eve is proving a slippery customer.
Eve decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Eve throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Salvacion's waist but Salvacion gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Eve off to one side. Salvacion closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Eve's guard. Eve wriggles free and stands up. Eve looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Salvacion is looking to counter with head kicks. Salvacion fails with a takedown attempt.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Eve dives in and scores a takedown into Salvacion's guard. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Eve slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Affectionately Eve showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!
Eve looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Eve controlling the action here. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Salvacion is trying to maintain the position but Eve is very close to passing his half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Salvacion controlling the position well. Salvacion trying to control but Eve postures up.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Eve decides to stand and escape the position. Eve tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Salvacion swivels and escapes. Salvacion tried to counter with a leg kick but Eve avoided it. Salvacion fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Eve avoids it really well and circles away. Eve is trying hard to land a takedown here. Salvacion sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A momentary lapse in concentration from Salvacion enables Eve to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Salvacion manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Salvacion wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Eve wanted to stand there but Salvacion had control of the position. Eve showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Salvacion not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Affectionately Eve is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Eve controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Salvacion is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Helen Salvacion has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Salvacion isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Eve stacks Salvacion on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Eve!
And that's the end of the fight! Affectionately Eve comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Eve has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
