Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, John Fury!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Tarmo Rajantaka!
The judges for this bout are Ben Watson, Bruno Hogan and Topper Green.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rajantaka takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Fury throws a right hand that misses
and Rajantaka counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Rajantaka's jab looks to have found its range, popping Fury under the eye.
It looks like John Fury has been cut.
Fury catches Rajantaka with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Fury misses with a jab to the body
and Rajantaka counters with a thumping low kick.
Rajantaka moves in looking to clinch but Fury pushes him off.
Fury drops Rajantaka with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Rajantaka looks back up at him and smiles so Fury waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Rajantaka is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. Fury engages and cracks Rajantaka with a massive lead left hook - Rajantaka tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! Fury is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). John Fury!
After the fight, John Fury was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
