Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Brad Incons (ranked 5756 p4p, 4733 weight class) and Charles Queen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Incons has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Charles Queen has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Brad Incons's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Brad Incons! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Charles Queen! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Richard Clark and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A combination from Incons does no damage. Incons is breathing heavily. A shot to the liver by Queen. Beautiful body shot. Queen rushes Incons and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Queen tries to break free but Incons pushes him back against the cage. Queen manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Queen holds on and takes a little breather. Queen manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Incons manages to get himself to full guard.
Queen is stalling in the full guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Queen chips away with some ground and pound. Queen throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Incons works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Queen forces his way into half guard. Queen with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. It looks like Queen might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. Queen thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Incons's head. Queen is looking for a kimura but Incons is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Queen to get the leverage. Queen works his foot free and advances to mount. Incons has given up his back - I don’t know if this is a deliberate ploy to try and escape or if he is just struggling down there.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Queen has his opponent's back and is working for the choke. Queen trying to secure his dominant position for a moment - making sure Incons doesn't escape. Queen has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Queen working for the choke. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Incons wants to get back to his feet. Incons covering up well under a series of strikes from Queen. Queen lands a shot to the body. Queen biding his time, looking for the opening.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Incons has his hands over his head blocking the strikes from Queen. Queen is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Incons knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Incons for a finish. Queen working for a choke but Incons is defending well. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Queen is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Incons has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Charles Queen dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. Queen misses with a body kick. Incons tries to bum rush Queen with a series of wild strikes but Queen uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Queen lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected. Queen tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Incons defends well and Queen ends up having to push Incons into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Queen throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Incons on the side of the head. Queen has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Incons is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Queen. Queen throws a head kick but Incons moves out of range.

Queen keeps control of Incons as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Queen wants to get back to striking at distance but Incons won't allow it.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Queen tries to land a sweep but no joy. Queen has his hands on Incons's head, controlling the position. Queen is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Incons presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat. Queen is trying to pull guard but Incons has him pressed against the cage. Brad Incons has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Charles Queen. Queen scores with a nice hook to the head. Incons is defending well against a takedown attempt. Queen is trying to push Incons away but Incons has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Queen cracks Incons with a nice body shot. Queen wants to break the clinch but can't.

We've been hearing good reports from Incons's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today. Queen trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. Queen pushes Incons off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Incons blocks a head kick by Queen.

Charles Queen showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round! Queen shoots in but Incons avoids the takedown attempt easily. As Queen backs away, Incons returns fire with a leg kick that just misses. This could be trouble! No, Incons has managed to free his arm - good work. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Queen in particular looking to stall. Queen's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Queen decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet. Charles Queen is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Incons throws a right and a left that both miss.
And that's the end of the fight! Charles Queen comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Queen has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
