Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fat Ma (ranked 5503 p4p, 6063 weight class) and Matthew Maddison (ranked 544 p4p, 577 weight class). Maddison has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. The key to victory for Fat Ma has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ma lands a left and a right that send Maddison crashing to the mat, dazed. Ma thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Matthew Maddison has been cut.
Maddison is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Ma enables Maddison to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Ma manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Maddison looks winded!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Maddison drops back looking for a leg! Ma is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Ma manages to kick Maddison off! Maddison jumps back into Ma's guard.

Maddison tries to free his leg and advance position but Ma is retaining full guard.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Maddison throws a wild hook but Ma just manages to duck under it and - ooooh! Maddison gets nailed by a brutal uppercut which crumples him back against the cage! The referee jumps in - Ma raises his hands in celebration and walks away!
